The 93jl platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process for all registered accounts.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any deposits made by an underage user will be refunded to the original payment method.
